Terms and Conditions of Sale

Effective from 11 June 2026.

Article 1 — Seller details

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (the “Terms”) govern all contractual relations between:

EOKACOM, operator of nordaparis.com under the NORDA brand

and any individual acting for purposes outside their trade or profession (the “Customer”) who makes a purchase on the website.

Article 2 — Purpose and scope

These Terms define the parties’ rights and obligations in connection with the online sale of menswear. By placing an order on the website, the Customer accepts these Terms in full and without reservation.

Article 3 — Products

The products offered for sale are premium ready-to-wear menswear. Each product page sets out the essential characteristics, including composition, size, colour and photographs. Despite the care taken with product photography, slight colour variations may occur depending on the Customer’s display settings.

Article 4 — Prices

Prices are shown in euros (EUR), inclusive of all taxes, excluding shipping costs. Shipping costs are displayed before the order is confirmed and charged separately. EOKACOM may change its prices at any time; products are charged at the price in force when the order is confirmed.

Article 5 — Orders

The Customer places an order through nordaparis.com. The order becomes firm and final once the Customer has:

1. selected the products and added them to the cart;
2. entered the shipping details;
3. accepted these Terms;
4. paid in full.

An order confirmation is sent to the email address provided by the Customer.

Article 6 — Payment

Payment is due in full when the order is placed and may be made using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Shop Pay. Transactions are secured by Shopify’s payment processor using SSL/TLS. EOKACOM never has access to the Customer’s full payment card details.

Article 7 — Shipping

Orders are shipped via DHL Express International. Estimated shipping times, excluding processing, are:

• Metropolitan France: 4 to 5 business days
• European Union: 5 to 7 business days
• Rest of the world: 7 to 14 business days

Article 8 — Right of withdrawal

Under Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without giving any reason or incurring any penalty, except return shipping costs.

To exercise this right, the Customer must notify EOKACOM by email at contact@nordaparis.com. Full instructions are set out in the Returns Policy.

Article 9 — Refunds

A refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days after receipt of the returned product, provided it meets the return requirements. The refund will be made to the payment method used for the original order.

Article 10 — Statutory guarantees

All products are covered by the statutory guarantees provided for in Articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code:

• Statutory guarantee of conformity: two years from delivery of the goods;
• Guarantee against hidden defects: as provided for in Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code.

Article 12 — Personal data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the GDPR.

Article 13 — Consumer mediation

Under Article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer may use a consumer mediator free of charge to seek an amicable resolution to a dispute. The details of the relevant mediator are available on request from contact@nordaparis.com and will be published on this page.

The Customer may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Article 14 — Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Article 15 — Changes to these Terms

EOKACOM may amend these Terms at any time. The Terms applicable to an order are those in force on the date the order is placed.
