Return Policy

Effective May 15, 2026.

At NORDA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If an item doesn't suit you, you have a right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason.

1. Right of Withdrawal Period

In accordance with Articles L.221-18 and following of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to notify us of your wish to return one or more items.

2. Return Conditions

To be accepted, the returned item must be:

  • unworn and unused;
  • in its original condition with all tags attached;
  • in its original packaging;
  • accompanied by the invoice or order confirmation.

Any item returned in a non-compliant state (worn, washed, tags removed, damaged) may be refused or subject to a partial refund.

3. Procedure

  1. Send an email to contact@nordaparis.com specifying your order number and the items to be returned;
  2. Within 48 hours, we will send you a pre-paid DHL Express return label and instructions;
  3. Drop off your package at a DHL point or arrange for collection via the provided link;
  4. You will receive a confirmation email upon receipt of the package at our warehouse.

4. Return Shipping Costs

For orders delivered in metropolitan France and the European Union, return shipping costs are covered by EOKACOM via a pre-paid DHL Express label.

For returns outside the EU, costs may be at the customer's expense (specified on a case-by-case basis by email).

5. Refund

Once the return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days. It will be issued to the payment method used for the initial order (credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay). The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank (usually 2 to 5 business days).

Initial shipping costs are refunded at the standard rate, unless you chose a more expensive delivery method.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to change the size or model, we invite you to return your item and then place a new order.

7. Exclusions

In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for:

  • underwear and swimwear items whose hygiene seal has been opened after delivery;
  • custom-made or personalized items at the customer's request;
  • sale or promotional items identified as "final sales" at the time of purchase.

8. Defective Item or Shipping Error

If you receive a defective item or an item different from the one ordered, contact us immediately at contact@nordaparis.com with supporting photos. We will fully cover the replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.

9. Legal Guarantees

Regardless of the right of withdrawal, you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years) and the guarantee against hidden defects. See the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
