Delivery Policy

1. Carrier

NORDA ships all its orders via DHL Express International. This choice guarantees end-to-end tracking, controlled delivery times, and signature on delivery when required.

2. Preparation

Orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days after payment validation. You will receive an email with your DHL tracking number as soon as the package is picked up.

3. Zones and Deadlines (indicative)

Metropolitan France 4 to 5 business days
European Union 5 to 7 business days
United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland 5 to 7 business days
Rest of the world 7 to 14 business days

These deadlines do not include periods of high activity (sales, holidays) and may be slightly extended.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the zone and weight of the package. The exact amount is displayed before payment validation.

NORDA may offer free delivery above a certain purchase amount (information displayed on screen when the offer is active).

5. Tracking

As soon as the package is picked up by DHL, you will receive an email containing:

  • your tracking number;
  • a direct link to DHL tracking;
  • an estimated delivery date.

6. Customs and Taxes (outside EU)

For orders outside the European Union (United Kingdom, Switzerland, USA, etc.), customs duties and local taxes may apply upon delivery. The duty application method (DDP – Delivered Duty Paid – or DAP – Delivered At Place) is specified at checkout.

7. Delivery Address

It is the Customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete delivery address. EOKACOM cannot be held responsible for any delay or non-delivery due to an incorrect address. In case of return to sender due to an incorrect address, re-shipping fees may be charged.

8. Lost or Damaged Package

In case of a package not received within the announced deadlines or received damaged, please contact us within 14 days at contact@nordaparis.com. We will immediately open an investigation with DHL and arrange either a reshipment or a refund.
