Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1 — Seller Identification

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "T&Cs") govern all contractual relations between:

and any non-commercial natural person (hereinafter "the Customer") making a purchase on the website.

Article 2 — Purpose and Scope

The purpose of these T&Cs is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of men's clothing. Any order placed on the website implies full and unreserved acceptance by the Customer of these T&Cs.

Article 3 — Products

The products offered for sale are men's clothing (premium ready-to-wear). Essential characteristics (composition, size, color, photographs) are presented on each product page. Despite the care taken with the photographs, slight color variations may appear depending on the Customer's display settings.

Article 4 — Price

Prices are indicated in euros (EUR), all taxes included (TTC), excluding delivery costs. Delivery costs are specified before order validation and are invoiced in addition. EOKACOM reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; products are invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of order validation.

Article 5 — Order

The Customer places an order via the nordaparis.com website. The order becomes firm and definitive after:

  1. selection of products and addition to cart;
  2. entry of delivery details;
  3. acceptance of these T&Cs;
  4. full payment.

A confirmation is sent by email to the address provided by the Customer.

Article 6 — Payment

Payment is made in full upon order by the following methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Transactions are secured via Shopify's payment processor (SSL/TLS). EOKACOM never has access to the Customer's complete bank details.

Article 7 — Delivery

Orders are shipped via DHL Express International. Indicative delivery times excluding preparation are:

  • Metropolitan France: 4 to 5 working days
  • European Union: 5 to 7 working days
  • Rest of the world: 7 to 14 working days

Article 8 — Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with articles L.221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give reasons or pay penalties, excluding return costs.

To exercise this right, the Customer must notify their decision by email to contact@nordaparis.com. Detailed procedures are set out in the Return Policy.

Article 9 — Refund

The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the compliant returned product. It will be made using the payment method used during the initial order.

Article 10 — Legal Guarantees

All products benefit from the legal guarantees provided for in articles L.217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code:

  • Legal guarantee of conformity: 2 years from delivery of the goods;
  • Guarantee against hidden defects: provided for in articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code.

Article 12 — Personal Data

Personal data collected is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy, in compliance with the GDPR.

Article 13 — Consumer Mediation

In accordance with Article L.612-1 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has the option to use a consumer mediator free of charge for the amicable resolution of a dispute.

The Customer can also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Article 14 — Applicable Law and Disputes

These T&Cs are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute and in the absence of an amicable agreement, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.

Article 15 — Modification of T&Cs

EOKACOM reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. The applicable T&Cs are those in force on the date of the order.
