How to order
How do I place an order on nordaparis.com?
Select the item you are interested in, choose your size, add it to your cart, then click "Order". Follow the steps for entering your address and payment information. You will receive an email confirmation once the order is validated.
Do I need to create an account to order?
No. Account creation is optional. You can order as a guest by simply providing your email. However, creating an account allows you to track your orders and speed up future purchases.
Can I modify or cancel my order after validation?
Orders are processed quickly. If you wish to modify or cancel, please contact us immediately at contact@nordaparis.com. We will do our best as long as the package has not been handed over to the carrier.
How do I know if my order has been successfully registered?
You will automatically receive a confirmation email at the address you provided. Please check your junk mail folder. If you do not receive anything within 1 hour, please contact us.
Payment & Security
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
Is my banking information secure?
Yes. All transactions are encrypted via TLS and processed by our PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. NORDA never has access to your full banking details.
When will I be charged?
The charge is made immediately upon order validation, in accordance with e-commerce practices.
Can I pay in installments?
Installment payment may be activated depending on the payment methods available in your region (e.g., Shop Pay Installments). The option will appear at checkout if applicable.
Delivery
What are the delivery times?
Preparation in 1 to 2 business days, then DHL Express shipping:
- France: 4 to 5 business days;
- European Union: 5 to 7 days;
- Rest of the world: 7 to 14 days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. NORDA ships throughout Europe (EU, UK, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland) as well as to the United States, Canada, and several other countries. Fees and delivery times depend on your region.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a DHL Express tracking number and a direct link to the tracking page.
What if my package is delayed or lost?
Contact us at contact@nordaparis.com, stating your order number. We will immediately open an investigation with DHL and find a solution (reshipment or refund).
Returns & Refunds
How do I return an item?
You have 14 days from receipt. Send an email to contact@nordaparis.com, and we will send you a prepaid DHL Express label within 48 hours.
Is returns free?
Yes, in France and the European Union, via the prepaid DHL label we provide. For returns outside the EU, the costs may be borne by the Customer.
When will I be refunded?
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 days, to the original payment method. The visibility period then depends on your bank (2 to 5 days).
Can I exchange an item?
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order for the desired size or model.
Sizing & Fit
How do I choose my size?
Each product page includes a detailed size guide. If you are unsure between two sizes, please do not hesitate to contact us — we know our pieces and can advise you.
Does the indicated size correspond to my usual size?
NORDA follows the European sizing system. Specific cut details (regular, slim, oversized) are indicated on each product page.
What if the size doesn't fit me?
You can return the item within 14 days in its original condition. See the Return Policy.

Do you have a physical store?
NORDA is an online-exclusive brand. The absence of a physical store allows us to offer premium pieces at a fair price.
