Return Policy

At NORDA, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If an item is not right for you, you have a right of withdrawal — no justification needed.

1. Withdrawal period

In accordance with articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to notify us of your wish to return one or more items. The return parcel must be shipped within 14 days of this notification.

2. Return conditions

To be accepted, the returned item must be:

  • unworn and unused;
  • unwashed;
  • in its original condition with all tags attached;
  • in its original packaging;
  • accompanied by the invoice or the order confirmation.

Any item returned in a non-compliant condition (worn, washed, tags removed, damaged) may be refused or partially refunded.

3. Procedure

  1. Send an email to contact@nordaparis.com with your order number and the items to return;
  2. Within 48 hours we send you a prepaid DHL Express return label and instructions;
  3. Drop your parcel at a DHL point or arrange a pickup via the link provided;
  4. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the parcel reaches our warehouse.

All returns must be registered in advance by email. Parcels sent back without prior registration, or via a carrier arranged independently, may be refused on arrival or returned to sender.

4. Return costs

For orders delivered in metropolitan France and the European Union, return costs are covered by EOKACOM via the prepaid DHL Express label.

For returns outside the EU, costs may be borne by the customer (confirmed case by case by email), as well as any customs duties and import taxes related to the return.

5. Refund

If you exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, your refund will be processed without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent it back, whichever occurs first.

The refund will be made to the payment method used for the original order (bank card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay), unless you expressly agree to another refund method that does not incur any additional fees. The time taken for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank (generally 2 to 5 business days). You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.

Original delivery charges will be refunded at the standard delivery rate, unless you selected a more expensive delivery method.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to change size or model, please return your item and place a new order.

7. Sale, promotional or discounted items

The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal and statutory guarantees also apply to sale, promotional or discounted items. Where a refund is due under those rights, it will be made to the original payment method, unless you expressly agree to receive store credit.

For these items, any cancellation or return request that does not arise from a statutory right and is nevertheless accepted by EOKACOM as a commercial gesture will give rise exclusively to store credit valid for 12 months from its issue date. This provision does not limit the statutory right of withdrawal or statutory guarantees.

8. Non-returnable items

In accordance with article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code and our commercial policy, the following cannot be returned:

  • underwear, including socks, whose hygiene packaging has been opened after delivery;
  • made-to-measure items or items personalised at the customer's request;
  • items from a bundle or multipack returned incomplete — a bundle must be returned in full (all items and their original packaging) to be refunded;

9. Faulty item or shipping error

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours at contact@nordaparis.com with a brief description of the issue and clear photos. Our team gets back to you within 24 business hours. We fully cover the replacement or refund, return costs included.

10. Legal guarantees

Independently of the right of withdrawal, you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years) and the guarantee against hidden defects. See the Terms and Conditions of Sale.
